Awesome surfer and lady Ms. Alves is a lifelong surfer with a long list of awards and accomplishments that includes two ASP North America Jr. Women's Championships, an AskMen.com Top 10 Sexiest Women Surfer award and a USA Surf Team membership.

Christa, who is a recent mother, embodies staying fit, living a healthy lifestyle and of course, surfing. After losing 40+ pounds from her pregnancy, she knows what it's like to go through the rigors of losing weight and getting back into competitive surfing shape. "A combination of diet, exercise and the right supplementation was the proven way to achieve the body I needed for my return to the national surfing stage," says Ms. Alves.

Christa Alves started surfing at just 10 years old. Her first surf board was a 6'6" ron jons funshape with a neon orange strip across it. She was a fast learner and started winning events after 2 years of hard practice. She loves the thrill of competing. She has only been surfing competitively for four years but she is already making her mark.
